Overview

It sets out who prepares it, the applications it may accompany, from Official Plan Amendment to Minor Variance, the items a TIA generally includes, from study assumptions to conclusions, and pre-consultation with Town and Halton Region staff. It closes with linked resources, including North Oakville terms of reference and Halton Region guidelines.
