A two-page Town of Oakville Corporate Policy from the Finance Department, under Budgets and Finance, on financial planning for new development. It describes a financial impact study in the secondary planning process, a capital impact assessment and a financial impact study, the exceptions for small residential and non-residential development, and the items each assessment covers, such as capital costs, development charges, payment streams and phasing. It ends by tying review of the policy to the Development Charge By-Law. Its policy number is left blank.
