A two-page Oakville sheet in the Development application guidelines series on the parking study, which estimates the parking demand a proposed development generates and the on-site spaces that fit it, with an optional parking strategy. It names a qualified transportation consultant and a Professional Engineer, ties the study to zoning amendments on parking, rental condominium conversions and minor variances, and lists contents from an area parking inventory and utilization rates to demand by residents, employees and visitors and shared parking.
