Overview

A two-page Oakville sheet in the Development application guidelines series on the stormwater management study, an evaluation of a proposal's effects on the natural environment and on municipal storm and sewer infrastructure, with measures against erosion, higher peak flows and pollutant loads. A qualified engineer with water resources experience prepares it, alone or combined with a functional servicing study, and the sheet lists the subdivision contents, from catchment maps and flood plain limits to hydraulic grade lines and Oil Grit Separator maintenance.
