Overview

A two-page Oakville sheet in the Development application guidelines series on the three drawings that describe a site: an aerial photograph, a legal plan of survey and a site plan. It lists the items every plan carries, including a key map, north arrow, metric scale and professional stamp, the survey contents prepared by an Ontario Land Surveyor, and the site plan items from building footprints within 20 m to fire route, waste facilities and a lighting notation. It supports Official Plan, zoning, subdivision and site plan applications.
