Appendix C of a Town of Oakville document: the terms of reference for the North Oakville Environmental Implementation Report (EIR) and Functional Servicing Study (FSS), revised May 2013. In thirty-one pages it sets out background, purpose, approach, agencies and study areas, then the study requirements for land use, cores and linkages, stream systems and fish habitat, grading and stormwater, hydrogeology, servicing and trails, followed by monitoring and reporting. It links the North Oakville Creeks Subwatershed Study to draft plan submissions.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
