Overview

A template letter agreement from the Town of Oakville's Development Engineering Department, in which a developer or owner covenants to the Town on installing deep services and road construction on a subdivision site before the Subdivision Agreement is signed. Its thirteen numbered clauses cover risk, Town entry and inspection, securities, fees and insurance, engineer monitoring, indemnity, transfer of the land and an environmental monitoring program, followed by a signature block and a Schedule A legal description. It sits beside the Town's subdivision agreement and security reduction documents.
