The Rules of Practice and Procedure of Richmond Hill's Committee of Adjustment, made under the Statutory Powers Procedure Act and adopted by the Committee on November 26, 2024. Over twelve pages they set out definitions, the first meeting and election of the Chair, pre-meeting review of files and site visits, quorum, the order of business on the agenda, adjournments, withdrawals and amendments to applications, rules of debate, points of order, motions, voting, conduct, duties, minutes, errors, and the rules' application and effect, for the hearings the Committee's FAQ describes.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
