Overview
A one-page Richmond Hill Committee of Adjustment declaration in which the owner or authorized agent solemnly declares that the statements in the exhibits transmitted with an application are true, made with the same force and effect as if under oath by virtue of the Canada Evidence Act. It has places for where the declaration is made, the date, the applicant's or agent's signature, a corporate authority line and the signature of a Commissioner, and notes that committee staff offer commissioning appointments by phone or email.
