Overview
A one-page Richmond Hill Committee of Adjustment form in which the registered owners of land under a Consent or Minor Variance application name an authorized agent to make the application and provide their personal information for its processing. It has lines for the owner names, the agent's name, and each owner's signature and date, with a corporate authorization line and a note on signing for a corporation by an officer, with its seal or the words on authority to bind it.
