Overview

The Engineers, Architects and Building Officials (EABO) standard form, endorsed by the OAA, PEO and the Ontario Building Officials Association, that Richmond Hill links as its commitment to general review. In Part A the owner confirms that architects and/or professional engineers have been retained to carry out general review of the construction or demolition, and names the coordinator of their work. In Part B each architect or engineer, by discipline (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, site services), declares their Ontario licence and retainer. Richmond Hill's checklists list it.

What it covers
