Overview
Richmond Hill's Form T5, the tenant permit mechanical unit data sheet, filled out by the structural engineer assessing the impact of new or relocated mechanical equipment on an existing roof structure. It records the design snow load criteria with reference to Division B, Article 4.1.6.2 of the Ontario Building Code, then for up to four units the dimensions, height above roof, added snow load, snow-piling length, weight and any reinforcement shown on the drawings, and closes with the engineering firm's seal.
