Overview
Schedule 1 to the Ontario application for a permit to construct or demolish, as linked from Richmond Hill's building permit pages, with one form for each individual who reviews and takes responsibility for design activities on the project. It records the project, that individual's contact details, the design activities they undertook under Building Code Table 3.5.2.1 of Division C, from houses and small buildings to fire protection and on-site sewage systems, and their declaration of registration, qualification or exemption under subsections 3.2.4 and 3.2.5.
