Overview
Schedule 2 to the Ontario application for a permit to construct or demolish, as linked from Richmond Hill's building permit pages, used where an application is to construct on-site, install or repair a sewage system. It asks whether the installer is engaged in the sewage system business under Building Code Article 3.3.1.1 of Division C, then records the registered installer's details and BCIN, the qualified supervisor, and the applicant's declaration, including the option for a permit holder filing a new Schedule 2 once the installer is known.
