City of Toronto By-law 1331-2023, enacted December 15, 2023, which amends Sections 667-1 to 667-19 of Municipal Code Chapter 667, Residential Rental Property Demolition and Conversion Control. The City links it as the Rental Housing Demolition and Conversion Control by-law. In four articles it holds the definitions, prohibitions on demolition and conversion, exemptions, harassment of tenants, application and approval steps by the Chief Planner or Council, conditions, permits, revocation and offences. It is the by-law behind the City's rental demolition handbook.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
