A single-page City of Toronto acknowledgement signed by the owners of a property covered by a demolition permit. Three bulleted conditions applied by Toronto City Council are set out: substantial completion of the new buildings within two years of the day the demolitions are commenced; the City Clerk's entitlement, where the new building is not completed in time, to enter twenty thousand dollars per dwelling unit on the collector's roll as a lien on the land; and the conditions from a named Council meeting, attached.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
