Toronto Building's two-page checklist accompanying a demolition permit application, prepared to assist individuals completing one with minimal delay under City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 363. Five questions under the Ontario Building Code heading cover building height and area, pre-tensioned or post-tensioned members, demolition extending below an adjacent building's footings within the angle of repose, and explosives or lasers. Seven environmental questions follow on industrial history, designated substances, fluid storage tanks, ministry orders, polychlorinated biphenyls, ozone depleting substances and WHMIS controlled products, before the applicant's declaration on capping services.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
