Chapter 608 of the Toronto Municipal Code, the City of Toronto's parks chapter, adopted by By-law 854-2004 and printed in a June 3, 2024 consolidation. Ten articles cover definitions, conduct in parks, park use, games and organized activities, vehicles, animals, trees, watercraft, commercial enterprises and enforcement. The City links it from its tree permit pages as the Parks By-law: Article VII, Trees, covers protection, injury and removal of park trees and pruning of trees on private property, and section 608-7 covers encroachment.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
