Overview

A template letter of certification addressed to the City of Toronto and signed by a professional engineer, the servicing counterpart to the surveyor's and solicitor's condominium-registration certificates. The engineer certifies employment at the engineering firm retained by the declarant, that the servicing plans given to the City, the surveyor and the declarant locate the services among parcels capable of separate ownership, and that the surveyor and solicitor hold enough information to prepare the easements. The services covered are storm sewers, sanitary sewers and watermains.
