The City of Toronto's standard checklist for official plan amendment, zoning by-law amendment, plan of subdivision and site plan control applications — the broadest of its planning submission sheets, beside the narrower part lot control and plan of condominium checklists. A four-column grid marks each item against those application types, running from the application form and project data sheet through arborist, archaeological, air quality, noise, pedestrian level wind, sun/shadow and rail safety studies to the Toronto Green Standard tier 1 checklists.
