Overview

The one-page colour palette the City of Toronto approves for 3D modelling and sun shadow analysis drawings, giving an RGB value for each category so that shadow studies from different applicants read the same way. Its rows separate the applicant's proposal on the subject site from the applicant's proposal on other sites, buildings under construction, city planner proposed, approved but not yet constructed, as-of-right and under appeal massing, with an alternate colour for PACs, soft sites or block concepts, and further values for heritage, park, water, curb, massing and road.
