Overview

The unpopulated version of the City of Toronto's draft zoning by-law amendment template, the shortest of the four lands-in templates published on the Application Support Material: Terms of Reference page. It carries the same council authority line, recitals and numbered structure as the worked Lands-In Regular template, but every site specific regulation is left as a lettered placeholder rather than an example, down to the note that further subregulations cannot follow regulation 1.20.1(2). Two exception sections, severance, temporary use and holding symbol clauses close it.
