Overview

The City of Toronto drafting template for a zoning by-law amendment adopted by Council on lands that do not currently appear on the Zoning By-law 569-2013 zoning map, written on the CR-Commercial Residential zone. It is the regular variant, carrying the standard dozen site specific provisions on building height and storeys, gross floor area, amenity space, building setbacks, separation of main walls, parking spaces, loading and bicycle parking — fewer than the complex template and pre-written, unlike the blank one — with temporary use and holding symbol provisions.
