Overview

The Ontario Land Tribunal version of the City of Toronto's draft zoning by-law amendment template, the tribunal counterpart to the council-authority template beside it on the application support material terms of reference page. Its authority line carries a tribunal decision date, order date and file number, its recitals recite an appeal heard under section 34(11) of the Planning Act, and the tribunal orders rather than council enacting. Its worked provisions run further, adding accessible parking space dimensions, clearance and route length.
