Toronto's city-wide development travel demand management framework, published with its 2026 transportation impact study guidelines, describing how a TDM plan is prepared for a development site. Ten measures are scored on a points scale to a minimum of twenty-four: reduced parking supply, car-share, pre-loaded transit fare cards, bicycle parking supply and quality, a Bike Share Toronto station area, change and shower facilities, bicycle maintenance facilities, pedestrian connections to a higher order transit station, and a supplemental measure proposed by the applicant. Information sheets and a summary table follow.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
