Overview

The City of Toronto drafting template for a zoning by-law amendment adopted by Council on lands that do not currently appear on the Zoning By-law 569-2013 zoning map, written on the CR-Commercial Residential zone. It is the complex variant: alongside the height, gross floor area, amenity space, setback and separation provisions of the regular template it carries provisions on parking access and vehicle elevators, accessible parking dimensions, stacked bicycle parking, shower and change facilities, first storey height, mid-rise angular planes and retail frontage.
