Overview

The City of Toronto drafting template for a zoning by-law amendment adopted by Council on lands that already appear on the Zoning By-law 569-2013 zoning map — its regulations amend the existing zone label and the policy area, height and lot coverage overlay maps rather than adding lands to them, which is what separates it from the lands-out templates. Written on the CR-Commercial Residential zone, it carries the complex set of site specific provisions, prevailing by-laws and sections, temporary use and holding symbol provisions.
