Overview

The City of Toronto City Planning screening form that sits ahead of a rental housing demolition and conversion permit under Chapter 667 of the Municipal Code. Five numbered boxes step through dwelling unit and rental unit counts, condominium and life-lease status, whether the work touches a dwelling unit, interior renovations tallied by bedroom type, and consents under section 53 of the Planning Act. A declaration section records the applicant's own conclusion, and page three defines co-ownership, conversion, demolition, dwelling unit and rental unit.
