Overview

The City of Toronto drafting template for a by-law that removes the holding symbol "(H)" from lands, the one template in this family enacted by the Executive Director, Development Review under authority delegated by Council rather than by Council itself. Its guidance box explains the blue and red drafting conventions and is deleted to finalize the document. Two numbered regulations change the zone label on the city-wide zoning map and replace the diagram in the site-specific by-law, with Schedule '1' carrying the new diagram.
