The City of Toronto's thirteen-page summary form completed by the professional who prepared a hydrological review, pointing the case manager to the page and section number for each item. It records site information and below-grade levels, the qualified professional's credentials, short and long term groundwater discharge volumes with safety factors, basement and foundation elevations, the study area map, monitoring well levels, geology and physical hydrology, pump and slug test data, laboratory water quality sampling and the evaluation of impact, with Appendix A carrying sanitary/combined and storm sewer parameter limit templates.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
