Overview

The shortest of Toronto's four lands-out zoning by-law amendment drafting templates: the lands-out structure with every site specific provision left as an empty lettered placeholder, so an author writes the regulations from scratch rather than editing the sample provisions carried by the regular and complex versions. Its numbered regulations still add the lands to the zoning by-law map and to the policy area, height and lot coverage overlay maps, add a site specific exception with prevailing by-laws and sections, and carry the temporary use and holding symbol provisions.
