The decal the City of Toronto publishes with its notice of proposed development application and public meeting sign, added to the sign once a statutory public meeting has been scheduled. Its two pages carry the same short notice twice: first as a template with square brackets for the time, council date, council or committee name and address, then as a worked example naming Toronto East York Community Council at 100 Queen Street West. Both versions point readers to the City's council and committee livestream.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
