Overview

The council-authority version of the City of Toronto's draft zoning by-law amendment template, published with the application support material terms of reference for lands that appear on the Zoning By-law 569-2013 zoning map. Its authority line names a community council or the Planning and Housing Committee and an item adopted by City Council, and it enacts rather than orders. Written around the CR Commercial Residential zone, its site specific provisions are worked examples: height above geodetic datum, lane setbacks, lot coverage, parking and bicycle parking rates.
