Overview

The City of Toronto drafting template for a zoning by-law amendment on lands that do not currently appear on the Zoning By-law 569-2013 zoning map, and the one variant made by an Ontario Land Tribunal decision and order on a section 34(11) Planning Act appeal rather than by a Council item: its by-law number carries the suffix (OLT), and it closes with the tribunal decision and order in place of an enactment line. It otherwise follows the regular lands-out template.
