Overview

A template letter of certification addressed to the City of Toronto and signed by a member of the declarant's law firm, in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada, the legal counterpart to the surveyor's and engineer's condominium-registration certificates. Relying on those two certificates and on the architectural, surveying and reference plans, the solicitor certifies that the easements, rights-of-way and agreements for on-site services and access ways will be created within the condominium's declaration and description, and enters a solicitor-client relationship with the City for this certification alone.
