Overview

A template letter of certification addressed to the City of Toronto and signed by a qualified Ontario Land Surveyor, one of three condominium-registration certificates the City publishes with its draft plan of condominium material, beside the engineer's and the solicitor's. The surveyor certifies being a principal of the surveying firm retained by the declarant, and that, presuming the architectural and servicing plans are accurate, the reference plans creating the easements and rights-of-way for on-site services and access ways have been prepared, executed, delivered and registered on title.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
