A Word template from the City of Toronto's Eco-Roof Incentive Program: the Letter of Intent for Cool Roof Maintenance. Instructions explain how the letter accompanies a cool roof incentive application, followed by a model letter to the Program Manager listing the maintenance the owner intends: an annual roof cleaning, an annual roof condition assessment, re-coating of cool roof spray where applicable, and the manufacturer's maintenance recommendations. It is the cool roof counterpart of the green roof maintenance letter.
