Overview

The consent to enter that accompanies a backwater valve building permit application from a property owner applying to the City of Toronto's Basement Flooding Protection Subsidy Program. The owner consents to city personnel, including Toronto Building and Toronto Water, having access to the installed flood protection devices concurrent with a Toronto Building inspection, and to photographs, video and other records being taken and reused by Toronto Water to verify eligibility. A printed note records that the access is not an inspection or approval of workmanship.

What it covers

  • Address where flood protection device(s) installed/ to be installed
  • Property Owner Information
  • Notice of Collection
Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
