The City of Toronto's declaration forming part of a service connections permit application. It records the project by dwelling type — detached, semi detached, townhouses, freehold, condominium or other — with a quantity against each, and whether the development involves planning approval. Its acknowledgement block sets out the owner's understanding that work under the site services permit happens ahead of Toronto Water's approvals for service connections, and that relocation or extra connections come at the owner's expense.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
