Toronto Building's declaration for a geothermal installation, forming part of the permit application and asking whether the proposed system is a vertical closed loop or a vertical open loop. It records the project location and the dwelling type — detached, semi, townhouse, condominium, freehold or other — then an acknowledgement block covering the retained licensed contractor and compliance approvals from the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks, applicable law, and the cost of repairing utilities and infrastructure affected by the work. The owner or permit applicant signs the declaration.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
