Drawing OMPAC-007-2025 from the Ontario Municipal Plumbing Advisory Committee, linked by Toronto Building beside its backflow prevention permit material. This single sheet shows premise isolation and thermal expansion piping with a suspended expansion tank on the cold or hot potable water system, next to the backflow preventer, water meter and hot water tank. It quotes Ontario Building Code Sentence 7.6.1.11 and has blanks for tank make, model, capacity, pressures, relief valve and temperature settings. Drawing OMPAC-006-2025 is the relief valve version.
