Overview

A Word template from the City of Toronto's Eco-Roof Incentive Program: the Letter of Intent for Green Roof Maintenance. An instruction block explains the letter, then a model letter to the Program Manager at Union Station East Wing sets out the maintenance the owner intends to carry out: protection of vegetated areas, irrigation, fertilizer, weed management, replanting, periodic inspection of drains and flashings, troubleshooting, and who handles growing medium after a leak. It belongs with the program's green roof application.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
