The City of Kitchener Development & Housing Approvals Division's ten-page Application for Demolition Control. Its front pages outline the demolition control, heritage permit, demolition permit and rental replacement processes, the submission and fee schedule, and the exemption and application procedure. The form follows in thirteen numbered sections, from application details, owner and exemption to heritage status, Clean Water Act questions, agreement, acknowledgement, agent authorization and affidavit, with a flow chart on the last page. The building demolition permit is issued separately.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
