Overview

The City of Kitchener Building Division's one-page Demolition Agreement Form, headed By-Law # 2005-128. It sets out what a demolition permit application under subsection 8(1) accompanies: a plan confirming zoning compliance with a grading and drainage control plan, proof of arrangements for service connections and driveways, and the applicant's agreement to seven standards for demolition. It also carries an acknowledgement under Ontario Regulation 278/05. It sits beside the Minor Demolition agreement and the demolition tracking sheets.
