Overview

The City of Kitchener Building Division's one-page Demolition Agreement for a minor demolition. It carries a project address line, a yes/no list of services that may be connected to the structure (water, sewer, gas, hydro and cable, each with a named utility contact), five standards for demolition covering debris, foundation walls, backfill, topsoil and grading, and an owner's signature and date. It is the minor-demolition counterpart to Kitchener's Demolition Agreement Form.
