The City of Kitchener's Rental Replacement Guidelines for Application Review, a fourteen-page guide that complements the Rental Replacement By-law (By-Law 2024-132). It covers the by-law's purpose, policy context and authority, which demolitions and conversions fall inside it, with applicable and ineligible examples and an eligibility diagram. It then describes the process for permit applicants (application, processing, compensation, permanent replacement units, exceptions) and for tenants, and ends with an example tenant information package. It accompanies Kitchener's Application for Rental Replacement Permit.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
