The City of Kitchener's nine-page Drive-Through Facilities design brief, from Part B (Design Briefs) of the Urban Design Manual, dated 2012. It sets out background, the Council policy of January 28, 2008 on pedestrian movement without crossing the drive-through aisle, design challenges and eight design objectives. Guidelines follow on site organization, streetscapes, pedestrian circulation, vehicular access, parking, aisles, landscaping, buffers, signs and noise. It works alongside the City's other urban design and site plan documents.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
