Overview

The City of Kitchener's Urban Design Manual, a 171-page guideline document. An introduction sets the vision, engagement and how the manual works, then thirteen sections give guidelines by land use or built form, from City-Wide, Major Transit Station Areas and Downtown to Tall Buildings, Mid-Rise Buildings and Structured Parking, each split into community design and site design.
