The Kitchener Fire Department's 21-page Fire Safety Plan template, a fill-in document with a submission checklist and sample procedures for a building owner to adapt. It covers the building profile, emergency contacts, alarm and evacuation systems, fire protection, utility provisions, posted instructions to occupants, evacuation of persons requiring assistance, staff responsibilities, fire alarm operation, fire extinguishment, voice communication, fire drills, alternative measures and building diagrams. It is a Fire Department document, not a building permit form.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
