Overview

A City of Markham by-law passed under subsection 34(5) of the Planning Act and printed with the title "A by-law to Prohibit the Use of Land or the Erection or Use of Buildings or Structures unless Municipal Services are Available". It defines municipal services and sets out, in numbered clauses, the conditions under which services are treated as available inside a subdivision and outside one, together with exceptions for construction camps, model homes and sales offices. Its final clauses record that it repeals By-law 2005-104.
